Retrieve a list of Alerts assigned to an Affiliate User.

| is_dismissed | Integer | Filter by whether Alert has been dismissed or not (0 => not dismissed, 1 => dismissed) |
| status | String | In addition to filters, restrict based on the status of the AlertShow Supported Values |
| page | Integer | Result page to return, based on limit value; defaults to 1 |
