method	Nullable String	The method by which payment is made. "m2m" is for PayQuicker Account, "m2papercheck" is for Paper Check, "m2eft" is for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT/ACH), "usach" (DEPRECATED; use "m2eft" instead) is for U.S. EFT/ACH, and "advanced" is for advanced PayQuicker payment configuration.
usach_account_number	Nullable String	Account number. Applicable only if "method" is set to "usach".
usach_account_type	Nullable String	Account type. Applicable only if "method" is set to "usach".
usach_first_name	Nullable String	First name on the account. Applicable only if "method" is set to "usach".
usach_last_name	Nullable String	Last name on the account. Applicable only if "method" is set to "usach".
